Once the financial component of the process is reviewed and confirmed, we will meet with you to discuss your ideas, goals, and dreams. We will use our decades of experience as custom home builders to ask you questions, formulate a strategy, and make sure that we are all on the same page. We also encourage you to ask questions. This process is collaborative, and it is our job to make your vision a reality. All that we ask is that you help us do that by being open to discussing things with us. Meetings with our Residential Designer will be integral in assuring the success of your build. The designer will determine exactly how everything will come together. You can work directly with our team to design every facet of your custom home, or you can view previous plans that we have used and tweak them to your specifications.
